That pretty much sums it up. I have been in the mortgage business for nearly 15 years, and I have NEVER dealt with a lender like Provident Funding. Not only are the rates unmatched in the industry, but no one can compete with their service either.

In today’s lending environment, to be able to close a loan in less than 30 days is completely unheard of. Working with a lender that can make that happen gives me a huge advantage over the competition. AWESOME JOB!

I have a dry erase board that I use to monitor all of my loans. My Provident Funding loans move steadily (2, 3 or 4 weeks tops)!

Other lenders though, their file names don’t even wipe off the board anymore because they been on there so long! Seriously, some have been listed for 2-3 months.
