Provident Funding Lending Restrictions

  • Provident Funding does not make any loans that are subject to the provisions of Truth In Lending Act (TILA) Section 32 or classified as high cost, covered, threshold or otherwise subject to state or local predatory lending statutes.
  • Provident Funding limits the Broker to selecting compensation levels from 0.000% to 2.750% in increments of 0.005% in each state the Broker originates loans on a quarterly or monthly basis, depending on funding volume, with a minimum dollar amount of $1,500 and maximum dollar amount of $15,000.
  • Provident Funding will require that Broker charges be adjusted (if necessary) to meet all of the above standards.
  • Provident Funding does not make loans in Illinois that are subject to the points and fees limitations of the Illinois Interest Act.
  • Provident Funding will make every effort to screen out loans that do not meet its lending parameters and reserves the right to refuse to fund such loans.
  • Provident Funding does not originate loans in the following states: Alaska
